Terms for using the SafeToLet website and software

These terms govern the SafeToLet website (safetolet.uk) and, where applicable, the SafeToLet application (“the Service”), provided by CX1 Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the website or Service you agree to these terms.
SafeToLet is letting agent compliance software for England agencies. It allows organisations to track certificates, view a RAG dashboard, send reminder emails, complete operational Renters’ Rights checklists, and export evidence packs.
The Service is tracking and reminders software. It does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional advice. Checklist scores and RAG status are not a determination that a property or tenancy is legally compliant. The agency remains solely responsible for meeting applicable law.
You may browse the site, contact us, and link to our pages without framing. You must not use the site unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce the site without permission.

Access to the application is under a subscription (or trial) via CX1 Hub. Fees, entitlements, support, and data processing are set out in that agreement. Contact hello@safetolet.uk for sales enquiries.
The SafeToLet name, website content, and software are owned by CX1 Ltd or our licensors. Use of the Service does not transfer ownership.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Liability for the Service is governed by your subscription agreement. We are not liable for enforcement action, civil penalties, or losses arising from reliance on in-app scores as legal advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
